I’m trying to do a refund to a customer for shipping after I have her a
full refund on an item which including shipping. Buyer sent me the item
back with their own moneys.
Can’t get no help on customer service page regarding counterfeit item
which is not counterfeit. Item was purchased at Beverly Hills, MD. item
is seal was never used. Can’t never get the right answer from eBay. So
frustrated.
The item was purchased by my girlfriend at their website. And she
