do i have to give a phone number for ebay delivery to a relative on my list?

Person in Los Angeles CA with 2 feedback paid for item then wants overnite delivery...told them to cancel and I send new invoice but they want to pay outside eBay..now the quoted option not available for Valentine's day...I just want to cancel it all...
