1/20/2021 how come after creating new listing it doesn't load-

After finishing a listing I scroll to the bottom to submit & the screen goes black. It just started Tuesday morning 1-19-21. Any idea why & I'm using the listing tool & this has never happened in over 15 years. Its like motel 6 w/o electricity.
