My buyer paid for an item. It's now day 3 and deadline to ship. Buyer asks to wait for another items to end to ship all together for a discount. How do I get around the sellers fees changing because of late shipment on the paid item?

I refreshed and it changes package size to 8" x 8" x 8" and shows rates. I think would be same for smaller size at priority so I may just print it

I refreshed and it showed rates but my package size was at a default I guess of 8 x 8 x 8 and I changed ot to correct size and again "No Services Available" Aargh!
