Having some issues with international shipping via eBay International Shipping service and I am wondering what can be done about it. Currently I am selling 90% Comic Books on my ebay shop and I know for a fact I am losing a ton of international sales...

Called twice today for a issue I am having and both time the robot said the number is no longer in use...what gives? I pay 300$ a month and this was on of the perks I RELYED on from time to time...are they discontinuing the phone support or something...
