I purchased christmas theamed items on Dec 7th item did not arrive until
Jan 5th. My negative feedback was removed and no policies were violated.
Why was the feedback removed?
I keep getting this message when i try to refund buyer for a returned
product"There was a problem issuing this refund.To refund your buyer,
please try again later. If you're still having trouble, ask us to step
in and help."
