If using ebay global shipping program and the buyer is charged import a
duty tax, does this extra fee increase total seller fees? Shipping costs
are already unfairly added to final value fees!

In the age of the "Free 2 Day Shipping" standard set by Amazon, this
puts ebay at an obvious HUGE disadvantage! Frankly it's an unthinkable
oversight by ebay.
