How do I put up a message on the item(s) that I'm selling that I'll be away for a certain length of time, so the shipping time will be longer?

I'm trying to list an item for sale and when I go to list it I continuously get the error message of "Special Attributes should contain only one value" how can I fix this so that I can list my item?
