Ebay allowed me to change the mailing address to one in the US, but
would not let me change the country from Bermuda to the US. I also
cannot change the original method of shipping from international to
domestic. Please help. Thanks very much.
I asked this question earlier, but didn't get a complete answer. If I
sent a set of dishes and 3 arrived broken, do I have to refund the cost
of the whole set or just the 3 that broke. Thank you.
