Been on Ebay for over 16 yrs.as a buyer. Only the past week, suddenly "AUTO PAY" is paying for All My Purchases. It even chooses anything but my default card in Pay Pal. It's caused me problems as I bid on several auctions from one seller over hours....

Ebay has reached a new low. Charging tax on the shipping is just criminal no matter how they spin it. Ebay has run its course and from the people it now employs from 3rd world countries that cannot speak English, it's just a matter of time before it'...

Funny you should say that. Several years when my state as you say, implemented tax on items, my state never collected tax on the shipping. Never. It's Pay Pal that is doing it. F.Y.I.
