There are too many to list. Many important features/functions have been omitted, links between seller pages are gone... Each listing has a huge "Promote listing" button. "Wow! That's so essential."
A buyer says he's tried to pay for items but his payment doesn't go through. He thinks there is a problem with his account.
I sold an item to a customer outside the US. The Global Shipping Program has not sent the buyer an invoice (1 week later). How do I contact the GSP to tell them to send the invoice?
