A buyer purchased two separate items. How do I combine shipping to one shipping label?

Ebay won't generate shipping label and says "Try again later", but I need to ship it today. Advice?

Ebay keeps giving me an error when I click the "Print Shipping Label" butten and says it cannot generate shipping label and says "Try again later", but I need to ship it today. What do I do?
