I shipped a package UPS, through ebay. It got damaged.UPS seemed like
they were helping with the claim, this has been going on
fooorrreeverrrr, but now they say I have to call ebay for a refund??is
this correct??
I don't know why it won't let you retract it, but if that's the case
you'll just have to 'win' the item & then contact the seller to cancel
the transaction.
