I select USA only when buying. Seller claims Los Angeles USA, but
actually product is in China. Huge shipping delay, exactly the reason I
selected USA only. Who can I report this to?
I want to sell lower priced items. Items that are less than the eBay
shipping charges. I want to send by a stamp. How can this be done, not
to compromise my eBay rating?
