Thanks! I knew that the zip codes were out there somewhere, as I had
seen them at one point, but then when I got some more inventory and
wanted to send a SCO, I couldn't find them.
You are wrong on both counts. See user a_c_green's answer to my
question.1. "When you bring up the Bid History page to choose which
bidder(s) will receive your SCO, their ZIP codes will be shown next to
their user IDs."2. There is zero risk involved.
