I just read an article where a couple in Canada just went to the local
COSTCO and bout up all the tp and hand sanitizer they could. They along
with others are price gouging for these articles. It is my opinion that
eBay should put all these accounts ...
listiger, ideally the seller would mention such a thing in their
auction. Your best bet is to e-mail the seller and ask, which, by the
way, you should have done before you bid.
