how to find an old item i sold 5-6 months ago?

Is there a way to find an old listing I made as a seller 5-6 months ago?I've tried, but it says, "We looked everywhere" message.

Why can't I use Promoted Listing Express anymore? I've used it for a long time,and now it won't promote my items when I select it.
