ebay asks my ssn but i sell less than 600

Hello all,anyone experience this:payout on hold.ebay asks 9 digi ssn that i sold more than $600.however,i sale less than $600 b/c refunds happened.ebay may not calculate this amount.my payment still on hold.any suggest?Thank you all !

item shipped to wrong address

an ebay item indicated delivered but sent to anther state totally not my address.ebay won't allow to open an undelivered case since tracking shows info(very stupid)and won't able to get through a call. i used ebay bucks can't do it on paypal.any help...

user name has changed,i think all info has made differently, too.i can't log-in to ebay no matter security question, email or phone back up,completely lost control but ebay still asking account info during making a call,i can't even log-in,no way to ...

seller doesn't provide shipping label for return / refund

seller agrees to accept return for refund but i only see a post on ebay return case:The seller provided RMA.there is no label, no number, nothing but just an Print label icon guiding me to pay via paypal to create a shipping label on my (buyer) side....

currently seller / usps sent my order to a wrong address, sent to zip code defferent than where i live.tracking shows delivered.open a case, ebay just look at the Delivered info but my shipping address.i lost the case can't get refund.called ebay but...
