sold item,10-9-24, (returned to me,1-15-25 seller) was shipped to
france, ebay international, france sent it back, my customer still wants
the item--cannot print another label (time wise) what is my recoarse
short of giving him a refund
my rating got downgraded because 3 customers asked to cancel--i canceled
per their request--now im downgraded--no one to turn to--how can a
company do this--although they have no trouble taking your fees!!
