Buyer never received item. I sold item and created a label and shipped it off to the post office. The buyer informed me two weeks later she never received package and there is no tracking number. Why? Where is the tracking number???

I am returning an item. No problem I was already issued a refund. I was sent a return shipping label and had trouble printing it . Now my computer is working but the shipping label is gone and I need to print it. Help??
