Sold an item this morning and under VIEW ORDER DETAILS ebay listed shipping as $20.00 however when I printed out the label the cost was $10.00 so ebay made a mistake and owes me more money. Thank you

I have created two listings and when I push list it won't accept 

I am getting payouts of .17 cents and 1.17 and not getting my shipping label money back. can't even get a correct phone number to call ebay
