Seller wont honor warranty

Seller will not honor warranty they advertized and is ignoring my request. Ebay says to report them but the ebay system wont allow me to do so because its out of the 30day period.

What do you do when you live in the USA and a seller from Hong Kong will not offer their warranty that came with the product you purchased and ebay will NOT help you because ebay said their a valued seller?
