how can I change the zip code I'm sending from on the new form for shipping labels?

I ship from 19950 but live in 19952. Post office won't take mail without the correct zip. Am I missing where to change it?

The new label page I don't see where I can change the zip code I'm shipping from. I don't ship from my address. I live in 19952 but use the 19950 post office. They won't ccept it with my zip as the origin. Am I missing something here?

buyer is paying later than the usual 4 days

I have a buyer paying a week after sale ended which is OK with me but how do I prevent it from becoming an unpaid case with Ebay?
