Where are the phone agents on eBay?

Why is help needed going through chat line now?. Been a long term seller and always had help when needed in the past. Paying more and getting less help is frustrating!

third party hosting

How does ebay expect you to manually change all the third party listings messing up auctions. I have over 3000 listings and impossible to change all. Is there a quick tool? Does this automated third party hosted disabling help?

I was told in Apr. my doll articles and advertisements should be put under BACK ISSUE MAGAZINES..................which I did. Now I get a three day restriction and am told those SAME articles should be under Doll Books. Just called and supervisor adv...
