I printed the invoice which shows what buyer paid but usps is saying
that is not good enough. says funds ebay received yet they are saying
they have no proof item was paid for- I shipped the item and even paid
for returned shipping! I am the Seller.
Looking to ship an item 2 ounces in a flat envelope. When I use the Ebay
shipping calculator there is a rate but when I look to add to the
listing or look in prior shipped items there is no option. First class
flat envelope.
Read Ebay's info, incorrect Buyer does not have to fle the clain, and

Yeah and paypal is taking their fee on the tax too- you may be losing an
extra 3% to Paypal. My records show Ebay is not taking FVF on it they
would if they could!
