I have a card I use regularly but when I use it to make an offer, it doesnt show up.

I have a card I regularly use for buying but when I use it to make an offer it doesn't show yp AND if I try to add it again, says it can't be verified. I am a 21 year member with hundreds of purchases. This is costing me money
