Currently running a sale, but want to change discount from 10% to 20%....how do I do that?

I had a dispute, which I agreed to.But, when I check, it is still asking me to ship it.The customer already has his money back. How the heck do I get to talk to an ebay agent?none of the prompts in "help" work TIA Ann
