I appreciate the replies. I did try the "request total" but it didn't work. Ebay is really foolish not to fix this. How many sales are lost because the buyer walks away from the outrageous shipping charge?

Resolved - There was another screen after choosing "Fee Credit" where I was able to close the case as payment received.
