Has anyone experienced returns on shipments to Hong Kong? I have had 7 letters returned - all addressed to a Hong Kong address - for seven separate customers. Most are back stamped showing they reached China post.

Are any Sellers having non-receipt disputes resolved in favor of the Buyer without eBay's consideration of input from the Seller? It seems as if the old Resolution Center is dead. New procedure is the a Buyer opens an "query" and eBay passes it on to...
