Ebay seems to take whatever actions are necessary to prevent me from
talking to a live person.How do I get in contact with someone to explain
details that aren't covered in the electronic maze of the system?
With the new reporting level (which seems completely ridiculous by the
way... $20k reduced to $600??), when can I expect this form to be
received? I've never had to worry about it before, but evidently I do
now.
