Super slow for me too on Chrome desktop. Tried clearing my cookies in
Chrome, and that didn't help. Seems faster on Edge, but I hate Edge.
Hopefully Ebay fixes whatever problem it's having with Chrome on
desktop.

Who are we supposed to contact about items that appear to be lost at the
hub? So far this program is a disaster compared to the GSP. I shipped an
item that's $1500 and it's had no tracking updates since it was
"Received by US Carrier" almost a month ...
