Shipped a tire, fee was $14.19; 2 weeks later Fedex sent me a charge of
$32.57 thru Ebay; total fee charged $46.76. Looked up the dimensions on
Fedex.com and total charge should have been at the highest $27.20. I
have called and spoken to 3 Ebay reps...
