Hello,I just became "Top Rated" eligible but it says none of my listing
are eligible. I changed all my listing to 1 day handling and free 30 day
returns yet it still says this. Does anyone have an idea of what I can

Hello, I am selling records. Can I set it up where a person buys a
record and shipping is $5 then each additional record is an additional
$1? I know I can do combine shipping but I am just wondering if there is
an easier way to do it. Thank you!
I changed all of them (other than the ones I couldn't because of bids)
to free returns and it still says none of my item are eligible. I wonder
if it is because of my cut off time for the 1 day handling? I have it
really early in the morning.
