This morning I was attempting to list an item for $19.99 and when I get
to the bottom of the page it showed listing fees of $19.50. THAT'S A
BARGAIN! Here is a screen shot. Any idea of what is going on?
It finally did go back to zero after hitting "complete draft" three
times.If I would not have noticed this crazy charge and hit list the
first time, I wonder if it would have cost me $19.50?

I have 10,000 five-cent auction listings that have been sitting there
available for months and I have not touched one of them. If ebay would
drop the 30% over listing price for BIN I would try a few of them, but
overall auctions are a waste of time a...
