Does the item have tracking? Does it show delivered? What was the
estimated delivery date?If it has none of the above then you should not
worry about the case you opened.Nasty sellers happen sometimes, I would
not worry about their veiled threat.

If tracking shows delivery, the package was likely stolen.Once it shows
delivered there is nothing ebay or the seller can do for you.It is your
responsibility to have a secure place for delivery.The stolen package is
on you not the seller.Sorry
