I suddenly am getting loaded with offers to purchase items that I viewed for research. This invasive stalking by ebay should not be continued. I will now join a lobby group to stop Internet Stalking. Do other LIKE this?

One plate of 9 broke in shipping. Ebay wants to refund ALL the money for purchase. How to settle?

Do we have to ship plates one at a time to avoid a refund problem? I shipped 9 plates in a box. One broke. Ebay is authorizing refund of all the money. This is crazy! Got automated worthless help from ebay. What do I do?
