Addendum: to date is only 3 states requiring it. The laws ARE in effect,
because eBay is advising sellers to already be doing this. They're just
not prepared to help sellers collect the tax until July of next year.
You may want to read up on how eBay's going to be handling this. You may
have no intention of, but eBay's forcing the issue with how they're
handling it. And I guaran effing tee you they're tracking it.
