Ebay's "Accidental" fee charges

I was charged for Gallery Plus charges on about 40 accounts earlier this month. I called yesterday and they told me they were resolved. The I got an e-mail from eBay yesterday explaining the "Issue. They state no action is necessary. THAT IS NOT TRUE...

Items re-listed incorrectly

Is anyone else having this problem? I had an auction close. I used the seller tool to relist the item into my store. I select Fixed price - Good till cancelled - and enter the price. Yet our dear ftriends at eBay relist the item into an auction again...

How long should I have to wait for a buyer to return an item? The customer states it does not match the item description. I don't agree, but will accept the return anyway even though it was longer that the 14 day limit I had set. eBay has me on auto ...
