It's not. The part of the site is broken on my eBay Store just like the
views, the sales, etc... I have spoken to eBay Customer Service about
this twice and "they're working on it".
I completely agree. eBay continues to charge when the site has been
broken for weeks. And the announcement means nothing. It is still
broken. No SALES. No SUBSCRIPTION FEES. I can't even get the $150 coupon
for supplies.
