I'm trying to ship a package, and the buyer paid for USPS ground
advantage, but when I go to click on that shipping option, it's not
there. The shipping option it gives me is USP Ground, and that is NOT
what I want. Is anyone else seeing this today?
With eBay managed payments, do I still have a PayPal account, and how do
I put money in it? In the past, when buyers paid me it goes into my
PayPal account. I don't understand all this.
What is going on with the eBay shipping labels? I pay for insurance, I
get billed for the insurance, the insurance amount is taken from my
PayPal account, and then when I print out the label and receipt, the
insurance isn't there.
