If I am logged into eBay, I think it's outrageous to have to complete a Captcha to see a seller's feedback. I won't buy from a less than 100% seller unless I can read the feedback issue and evaluate the legitimacy and get a feel for the seller's resp...

That would be a reasonable explanation, except looking at feedback is is the only action that triggers a Captcha. I am always logged in and can browse, buy, leave feedback, search and use every other feature on the My eBay menu without interference.
