Authenticator passing shoes but failing description

Description in listing is exactly as the box label. They will not tell me what words were wrong

Twice I have had the authenticator pass a pair of shoes as authentic but failed due to description.

the description of the size and shoe is identical to the box and the shoe itself. They are not telling me what words are wrong please help
