So eBay has decided to drop Amex for purchasing. Do they realize they have just lost millions of customers, sending us to Amazon? Stupid.

Changes to the eBay User Agreement

What are the changes to the eBay User Agreement?The link in the email just takes me to the eBay User Agreement and doesn't say what has changed.Am I supposed to read this entire volume of War and Peace again?Not interested.
