Can't seem to find the link to stop recieving E-mails to my Yahoo.
Customer stated their package arrived without the item in it! Are sellers required to issue a refund? Or, will eBay just refund the buyer themselves to end a dispute? Or is it tough luck for the buyer? There is a tracking number.
Why does a shipping amount "automaticly" appear on my listing, where I say: Buyer adds exact shipping? The guesstimates are way off!
I just sold a $400 Art piece., to an international buyer. What safe guards do I need to do? I don't want some scam telling me their item didn't arrive.
