I received negative feedback from a buyer who indicated itemcame broken
one month after thetransaction. I shipped appropriately by wrapping the
Christmas ornament and secured it in a box. I undercharged the person
(my mistake) and fully refunded her....
The item I sold was shipped and delivered according to USPS tracking
site. The tracking info on eBay does not and only states that a label
was created. I have re-entered # in Seller Hub, but still nothing. Buyer
isn't concerned, and maybe I don't nee...
I have 7 watchers on an item and sent an offer. I have been notified
that my offer was sent to "one interested buyer." This has happened on a
few occasions. Why isn't my offer being sent to all of my
watchers??Thanks for any insight you can offer!
Purchased an item on the 23rd of the month and it's now the 28th. Went
to view transaction and see that seller hasn't even shipped it yet. I
want to cancel, but am not allowed to do so according to eBay. I've
contacted buyer to have them cancel only ...
