That's exactly how I did it, I clicked cancel transacrion then it took me to the page where you put in a reason and I checked buyer wants to cancel. In Paypal it says refund sent, so I don't know what the problem is.

That's what I did, other buyers I've had that wanted to exhange size just checked doesn't fit. Maybe she checked somethng else.
