I shipped an item via eBay international shipping (I don't even know
what country it is going to as it goes to some eBay location). two
months and gone by and no delivery. The buyer wants a refund, but cannot
return the item and I don't have it back ...
I purchased an item on Sept 16, 2022. The seller put a date of Dec 14
for arrival (three months). It has not arrived yet, but eBay will not
let me start a refund. How can you contact ebay. The automated reply is
worthless.
I tried it the first time for a shipment to Canada. Shipped on Nov 21.
It arrived at eBay's location on Nov 23. Has sat there until today
(December 9). What is your experience with this service. I, for one,
will NEVER use it again.
