I have an item for sale for $70 and another seller has the same item for
sale at $89. We are the only two sellers on eBay for this exact item. I
have been getting offers lower than $70 and all of a sudden I get an
offer for $70 and was going to accep...
Sorry for all the question but just trying to see how I can get benefits
as a seller from this type of offer. Is this something the seller
initiated from the start, or did eBay initiate it and send a suggestion
for the discounted offer to the seller ...
But is the seller authorizing the discount somehow ahead of time (sorry
not familiar with promotions, etc)? And did eBays computer do this
specifically in response to my listing? Timing seems to suggest that
since I am the only other listing.
