How do I block eBay live

All of a sudden I'm getting push notifications for live auctions. Auctions for categories I've never shown any interest in. But I don't want any notifications for ANY eBay live. How do I disable it?

Can't find "ask a question" on the mobile app

On a previous version I had to go from the item, to the sellers profile to ask a question about the item. Now I can't find it anywhere?
