How do you like the fact that eBay has your bank acct. and SSN stored
somewhere? Like a huge target for hackers? Tell me hackers aren't
already slobbering over the chance to get their hands on this data. Not
me. eBay just lost me.
Good advice. I got stuck in the middle. Buyer had paid, but eBay would
not remit to me, the seller. Funny how they can stop sending the payment
to me, but they don't stop accepting the payments from the buyers.
The "logic" is also that we trust our written check with one select
person at a time. When eBay stores this information, we are not only
trusting eBay, but we are trusting that no one can ever hack into eBay's
great store of user bank account numbers...
